This privacy policy describes how FxJS (SASU), publisher of the game Splash City ("the Application"), collects, uses and protects your personal data. By using the Application, you agree to the practices described below.
Data We Collect
When you use Splash City, we collect the following data:
Upon first use, an account is automatically created and linked to a unique identifier from your device (device ID) along with the username you choose. If you use "Sign in with Apple", we also collect the associated email address (or the private relay address provided by Apple if you choose to hide your address).
We record your progress, scores, game statistics, in-app purchases and ranking in order to provide the game's features (save data, multiplayer, leaderboards).
When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple. We receive a purchase confirmation in order to unlock the corresponding content, but we do not collect or store your payment information (credit card details, etc.), which is managed exclusively by Apple.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to:
- create and manage your account;
- save and sync your progress;
- enable online play (multiplayer, matchmaking, leaderboards);
- process and validate your in-app purchases;
- ensure the proper functioning, security and improvement of the Application.
We do not sell your personal data. The Application does not display advertising.
Hosting and Storage
Game and account data are stored on a secure server hosted in France (European Union) that we operate. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
Data Sharing
Your data is not shared with third parties, except for the service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the service:
- Apple — for authentication (Sign in with Apple) and in-app purchase processing, in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.
We may be required to disclose data if required by law.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to object to its processing.

Children's Data
Splash City is not intended for children under [13/15] years of age and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us for its deletion at: contact@fxjs.fr.
